- Promote a culture of healthy habits, safe, and environment out of contamination, avoiding the consumption of alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, and psychoactive substances in the facilities of the foundation, in scenarios where it represents, or carrying any element that identifies it as a collaborator of the institution.
- Properly wear the uniform and elements that identify him as a collaborator of the foundation in the spaces that are required for the performance of his work.
- Guarantee labor inclusion and equality in the selection process for all persons who aspire to a position, through the granting of "the same rights, freedoms and opportunities without any discrimination based on sex, race, national or family origin, language , religion, political or philosophical opinion. Likewise, special protection will be given to those persons who due to their economic, physical or mental condition are in a circumstance of manifest weakness "all this according to the provisions of article 13 of the Political Constitution of Colombia
